The Utility Scarf (By Be) is an urban outdoors device, designed to give it's user a lil extra carrying capacity & keep some draft off the chest!

Cotton outer, microfleece lined (& ohBUOY is it soft!) There's cargo pockets on the front, with lil mesh pockets above those. Tucked at the back/side is some super-soft microfleece-lined pockets to keep yr hands all cosy & warm. Heavy-duty popstud close keeps it looking tidy up front; whilst a removable, adjustable elastic toggle-cord keeps it fitting right & tight round the back too.
